EQRM INFORMATION

Accessibility

EQRM aims to make certification information understandable and usable. This page explains the website’s accessibility features, the scope of the checks performed and how to report a barrier.

Reading and navigation

The site uses text headings, descriptive links, visible keyboard focus and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Information about accreditation and services is provided in text alongside images. The glossary and FAQs explain common certification terms.

Forms, results and questions

The enquiry form has labelled fields, instructions, conditional questions and a review step. Required fields are checked before processing, and a successful submission displays a reference. Certificate verification provides textual results or an explanation when no public record is found. FAQ controls can be opened and closed with a keyboard.

If an interactive function is difficult to use, email info@eqrmcert.com with the information you need or the enquiry you wish to make.

Checks and limitations

Representative desktop and mobile layouts, keyboard interaction, form validation and FAQ controls have been checked during development. These checks are not a complete independent accessibility audit, and this page does not claim conformance with a particular WCAG level. Assistive technologies and browser combinations may behave differently.

Report a barrier or request another format

Email info@eqrmcert.com with the page address, what you were trying to do and the difficulty encountered. You may include your browser or assistive technology if helpful. If you need information in another format, describe the content and the format that would help; do not include unnecessary medical or personal details.

Continuing review

Accessibility should be reconsidered whenever content, navigation or interactive tools change. Reported issues help identify what needs correction. This statement was updated on 1 October 2026.
