ISO/IEC 17021-1 and management systems
ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 addresses the competence, consistency and impartiality of bodies providing management system audit and certification. It is a reference for certification bodies, distinct from standards such as ISO 9001 against which an organization’s management system may be certified.
ISO/IEC 17024 and certification of persons
ISO/IEC 17024:2026 concerns bodies that certify persons. ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 17024 address different types of certification activity. EQRM’s services presented on this website focus on management system certification.
